Turkey took an expected win against Kazakhstan with 3-0 in the first match of EURO 2012 Qualifying Round. Arda Turan (Min.24), Hamit Altıntop (Min.26) and Nihat Kahveci (Min.75) were the scorers for Turkey in Astana Arena, Kazakhstan.
Turkey will play against Belgium in their second match of Euro 2012 Qualifying Round on 7 September at Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saracoğlu Stadium, İstanbul.

CSS, we had most of the ball, your tactics were to kick the ball up and hope for a goal. It worked but you were no match for us. You scored two goals of goalkeeping errors. The match in Brussels won’t even matter as we will already have qualified

It was a good start Akın. Guus Hiddink’s new formation with 3 box-to-box midfielders (Aurelio, Emr Belözoğlu, Hamit Altıntop) gave a solid streght to the middle and i think this threat will lead Turkey Team to dominate European Qualification’s matches.
